What Kind of Care Do You Notice Most?

"Do you want help, company, or both?" Pay attention to what stands out first and what still matters the next day.

8 core scenes. Several kinds of support are still close. Another ordinary moment may separate them. Up to 4 extra scenes may appear.

Meet the 6 care profiles

We'll compare your choices with all 6 care profiles and show the closest match plus the runner-up. If first place is tied exactly, we'll show every tied result.

  • Asks Before Helping

    'What would help?'

  • Already Brought the Bag

The pressure is building; they spot one useful move and offer it without making you organize a rescue committee.

  • Stays for the Hard Part

No instant fix, no sudden disappearance.

  • Checks In Tomorrow

    The next-day message matters.

  • Remembers the Important Date

They kept the evening free and put the phone down.

  • Takes It Off Your Plate

One agreed task leaves your plate and does not return wearing a fake moustache.

This is a closest match within this quiz's 6 care profiles, not a right or wrong answer. Read the scoring standards.

The care that gets through

  • When you are swamped, do you want a question, a specific offer, or someone who simply notices?
  • Do you notice care most right away, later when they remember, or in the ordinary in-between moments?
  • Would you rather work side by side or hand off one clearly agreed task?
How the result is calculated Open the full method

Four kinds of support appear twice: what someone offers, when they follow through, what you notice, and whether they stay beside you or take on a task.

  1. Choose the point between the two responses that fits best. The center counts as an equal choice, while Not sure is left out of the score.
  2. At least 6 of 8 answers must count, with at least one answer in every area. With 7 counted answers, the result has more to go on; answering all 8 uses every question.
  3. If an area still needs an answer, or several results are still close after the core questions, the quiz may ask up to four follow-up questions. It chooses unused scenes that fill the gap or help separate the closest results. After each answer, every possible result is compared again; none is removed from the running.
  4. We compare the final pattern with all 6 possible results and show the closest match plus the runner-up. If first place is tied exactly, we'll show every tied result.
